Dear Fellow Eritrean and Non-Eritreans :-)

In the editing process of my film I have come across a major hurdle which I hope you can help me overcome. I basically do not have access to a huge amount of archival footage which would show women freedom fighters in various stages of the independence struggle (ie..as they are teaching, working,or participating in battles, or anything other footage that would show the life they lived during the during the independence struggle).

I have exhausted all of my means of obtaining this footage from the Eritrean government (Ministry of Information) so I now asking for your help.

If you have any old EPLF VHS tapes that features both women and men freedom fighters in various stages of the independence struggle, can you please make me a copy and send it to me. I would truly appreciate and will give you credit on my film and on this site.

Thank you again for your support and with your help the sacrifices and heroic legacy of these brave women and women will always be remembered.
